Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) at Fahad Al Sharq located in Sharjah. As an engineer, you will be responsible for HVAC engineering, HVAC design, and computer-aided design (CAD). Additionally, you will perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for various projects.
• Site supervision, including review of shop drawings, materials, and site inspections.
• Planning and managing project timelines and resources effectively.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience in thermal load calculations for projects.
• Proficient in using Excel and Word for project documentation and reporting.
• Experience in project sales and bringing new projects, such as villa buildings up to G+10 levels, would be advantageous.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• HVAC engineering and HVAC design expertise.
• Management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Minimum 5 years experience in UAE in a similar role.
• Valid driving license in the UAE.
