Finance Manager

Aspire Manpower is hiring a Finance Manager for a Semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi.
Desired Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Master’s degree in finance or MBA may be advantageous, total 5-10 years’ experience in Finance or accounting roles.
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or equivalent position is preferred.
Skillsets:
• UAE financial regulations, taxation (including VAT laws), and reporting requirements.
• Financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Understanding of real estate finance, free zone regulations, and government relations in the UAE
• Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and digital tools for financial management
