A fresh graduate of Supply Chain Engineering or Logistics

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for delivering related operations across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Track the effect of the rout

2. Evaluating, implementing and monitoring of processes and plans.

3. Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for documenting department activities and

actions.

4. Monitoring of KPIs with service providers and following up to understand root causes and provide

solutions.

5. Analytic Reporting to reduce lead time and costs associated with customer demands and

expectations.

6. Working on corrective actions to improve any weaknesses in the processes.

7. Provide a proper course of action to customers to guarantee their satisfaction.

8. Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.

9. Proven experience communicating and working with multiple divisions (customer service,

transportation, returns, etc.) to meet customer expectations.

10. Preparing daily and weekly reporting to track on-time delivery performances by location.

11. Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline

Years of Experience:

• 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Advance English language (Professional working proficiency), and analytical skills (advanced in

MS Excel).
