Software Development Engineer

On behalf of the fastest-growing retail company in the Middle East, our client is a Software Development Engineer for their Saudi or Kuwait head office.

Reporting to the CEO, you will design and develop software systems and applications based on specifications and business needs, manage operating systems, and analyze network codes in order to maintain the compatibility of the software applications and control systems within adopted policies and procedures.

Analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating sales plans to maximize revenue.
Design and implement new features by using tech stack Front End: VueJS + NuxtJS, Backend: Java Spring Boot, Cloud: AWS, Architecture: Microservices, Database: DynamoDB to new and existing systems.
Maintain existing systems, including bug fixes and migrations.
Design and implement integrations with other systems.
Adhere to and improve the software development lifecycle.
Detect issues with the current development process.
Propose solutions to deal with such issues.
Design and implement these solutions.
Mentor and assist juniors in bringing them up to speed.
Take charge of other departments and manage communication regarding projects.
المهارات
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
3 to 5 years of experience in the Software Development section
