MEP Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1) Be familiar with the MEP specifications of Saudi Arabia’s housing construction and pipe gallery,

2) Be familiar with the preparation and submission of MEP construction scheme; Review and optimization of design drawings; Review and submission of materials involved;

3) Work arrangement of MEP engineer, monthly and weekly completion plan report

4) Coordination of MEP professional drawings

5) Technical control of long-period materials

6) Cooperate with other disciplines in construction, etc

7) Proficient in using engineering software, such as Auto CAD and other professional software.

8) Experience in more than 5 projects such as housing construction and pipe gallery is preferred, and no less than 2 large housing construction or pipe gallery projects

9) More than 10 years of MEP manager experience

10) Other work arranged by project management

المهارات
1.Native Aribic speaker is requested.;

2.large building construction(airport Hanger) experience;

3. the sponsorship will be accepted after probation period(3 months).
