HR Business Partner

الوصف الوظيفي
One of the fastest-growing retail companies in the Middle East is hiring an HR Business Partner for their Riyadh operations.

Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business.
Lead in the onboarding process of new team members
Ensures data accuracy and reporting for HRIS
Assist with the execution of the full employment life cycle
Provide robust advice relating to Saudi Labor Law, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, required
5+ years of HR experience
Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
Expert in developing succession plans.
Adept with performance management and investigations
Proficiency in employee relations.
Skilled in employee benefits administration
You will be an expert in promoting diversity awareness and advising and mentoring leadership on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
