Chief Accountant

الوصف الوظيفي
• Business decision support – commercial review for project financial implications (include margin of project, credit of customer, cash flow/financing for project) Buy/lease capex, financial internal controls, budgeting.

• Analyze, review and drive/control

• Profit and Loss on revenues, cost, expense and tax (actual by project and corporate entities vs budget)

• Balance sheet on maintain clean and strong balance sheet, working capital management, treasury and financing for corporate entities of projects.

• Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization

• Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets.

• Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive group and/or Board

• Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of financial staff to ensure that the organization’s accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws and standards

• Select and manage on-going relationships with external consultants and advisors to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of service.

• Actively monitor and reviews of project margins and project performance against Budget

• Produce monthly reports on the Project status against Budget, identifying issues and business risks and with a variance analysis of fluctuations

• Working closely with Business Managers and Project Managers to resolve business financial issues and advise them accordingly.

• Monthly cash flow reports to business managers for their monthly budgetary planning.

• Project Finance Control & Cost Control Experience.

• Monthly VAT submission & Reports

• Very Well Knowledge in ERP system and Reports with zero Error

• Liaise with Government Bodies in related to finance and accounts, especially with Banks

• Well knowledge in financial year-end closing (Final Trial Balance & Balance Sheet) of all divisions as well as corporate including Zakat reports.
المهارات
Pertinent educational qualification in the field of Commerce, Finance, and Economics.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
Reporting Skills
Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks.
