Head of Accountants – محاسب رئيسي

الوصف الوظيفي
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insight and support for decision-making.
Hire, train, and manage a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
