Responsibilities:

Daily RBT testing all channels including RBT app functionality
All services reports update.
Correspondence with all content partners for the content upload and review related issues
Reviewing RBT content uploaded by CP’s on daily basis.
Keeping record of the approved RBT content and ensure with partners to modify the content on expiry if the content have a renewed copyright.
RBT campaigns tracking for all channels and review the campaign response
Correspondence with the Zain technical and commercial team for any issues in the channels and ensure their 100% functionality
Maintaining all RBT related report including RBT revenue reports, Daily count reports
Assistance in process of Invoices related to the RBT aggregation and ensure their smooth approval from ZAIN side.
Maintaining the record of all the Revenue reports of the partners and their invoice clearance.
Testing all the services of Numbase for different telco’s.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, telecom, computer science or related field
Language: English, Arabic and Urdu
Experience in VAS and RBT
