design Manager

1. lead or support the design management team of overseas projects of the company；
2. responsible for design development and management of design subcontractors to ensure all work meet quality, safety and compliance standards
3. collaborate with project teams inside and coordinate with related parties outside (clients、subcontractors、supervisor etc.)
4. develop design strategies、budgets and schedules, evaluate design deliverables alongside team performance
5. technical support of professional design and complete the daily work of the department
