Customs Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:

· Receive emails from customers for a new shipments and check products if need any special requires.

· Entering product data after translate with using H.S.Code via FASAH system.

· Continue customs clearance process and give customers reports.

· Coordination with other authorities such as transfers and others.

· Processing of Saber certificates and other requirements to end shipments from customs.

· Processing invoices for customers.

· Other duties as assigned.

Additional requirements:

· Candidates should have a valid driving license and a personal car to use.

المهارات

Minimum 3 years successful of Customs Specialist in (Translation )Saudi market.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Total knowledge of customs conditions.
Total knowledge of customs H . S . Code.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocols.
Must maintain a high attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and software applications including MS Office suite.
