Job Purpose

The primary responsibility will be Tracking & managing payroll data, calculating employee work hours and responding to employee questions about payment and deductions.

Responsibilities

•Calculate Daily/weekly or monthly timesheets.

•Calculate bonuses and allowances

•Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts.( digital or paper)

•Enter new employee data( eg. Bank accounts/and GOSI identification numbers) into ERP

•Answer questions about compensation benefits, payments settlements and deductions.

•net salary calculation.

•Make sure payroll documents are accurate

•Ensuring compliance of private sectors with payroll accounting, such as wages protection and GOSI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the administrative majors preferably and no significant experience is required, Fresh accounting graduates can also apply.

Required Skills

• Must have strong mathematics skills and knowledge of national laws relating to payroll.

• The candidate must have an active registration in Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

•Knowledge and experience of Saudi Arabia’s accounting standards and audit process and ideally, knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

is an advantage.

•Previous experience as a payroll Accountant or in a same accountant role

•Understand local and state rules about salaries, taxes, wages protection and GOSI

•Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS-Excel

•Experience and excellent handling of accounting software such as Oracle.

•Attention to details.

•Preferable experience 1-2 years.

•Fluent Arabic / English
