Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated “HR Officer” to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts,

*Updating internal databases with new hire information,

*Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies,

*Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working days,

*Publishing and removing job ads,

*Scheduling job interviews and contact candidates as needed,

*Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department,

*Developing training and onboarding material,

*Responding to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

المهارات
Skills:

*Graduated from university-related departments

*At least 3 years of experience in Remuneration, Personnel Affairs and Payroll applications,

*Preferably Saudi National

*Preferably KSA Experience,

*Fluent in English and Arabic,

*Good knowledge of Payroll Software’s and MS Office programs,

*Ability to plan and organize,

*Strong communication and human relations,

*Prone to teamwork and adapt to the dynamic structure of our company,

*Innovative and open to development,

*Analytical and solution-oriented.
