الوصف الوظيفي
– Responsible for negotiating with the Clients and Engineers to establish on-site management institutions and systems;

– Implement technical and safety disclosure, ensure construction quality, organize management and coordinate on-site construction. Construction daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

– Management inspection and supervision of construction subcontractors entering the site, preparation, and construction progress control

– Responsible for regulating the planned and actual progress of the project department, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule

– Responsible for the management of construction personnel, on-site material and equipment usage, and scheduling of this project

– Other tasks arranged by project management

المهارات
– Familiar with Saudi construction regulations, etc,

– Familiar with the construction quota and process technology of housing construction, able to scientifically organize on-site team construction;

– Proficient in using engineering and office software, such as Office, CAD, etc.

– Experience in 7 or more projects such as building or steel structures is preferred, with no less than 2 large-scale building or steel structure projects

– At least 8 years of construction manager experience
