Implement the sales plan accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Know the advantages and specifications of the products and services in the company
Search for new customers and identify their needs
Preparing daily periodic reports on the progress of work
Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting, and making offers of purchase on real estate properties
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Develop a good understanding of the client’s needs
Communicate with Clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Attention to public appearance and adherence to uniforms
المهارات
Real estate experience is a must.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
