Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Good spoken & writing English language skills.
Good Understanding of Databases & RDBMS (SQL Server).
Strong problem-Analysis skills.
Good Understanding of GIS (Maps, Map Tiles, Geocoding, Routing) is an advantage.
Basic Understanding of programing Concepts (Desktop & web) is an advantage.
Basic Understanding of Web programing Concepts (HTML, CSS ) is an advantage.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from end Users to Senior management about both business infrastructure and platform needs.
Excellent project management, project scoping, troubleshooting, problem resolving, documentation and customer management skills.
Expertise in technical documentations System Design Docs, LLD and HLD.
Ability to perform effectively under timelines with multiple competing priorities.
Ability to participate in strategic consultations, site assessments, solutions architecture, DR Planning and review.
Ability to work in shifts.

Technical skills

Database, GIS Map, Basic programing concepts.
OS/Server:

Windows 2016 and 2019.
Database and Scripting:

SQL, RDBMS.
