Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-term relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsDevelop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Profile

Proven experience as key account managerExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiation5+ years of luxury retail experienceStrong leadership and coaching skillsExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishKnowledge and passion for the luxury retail industry
