PURPOSE and SCOPE

Key responsibilities of this position are to provide leadership of internal construction interface activities. He/She seamlessly will coordinate with all site disciplines for the various interface throughout project lifecycle starting from early construction phase all the way through commissioning.

Specific Job Functions of this position are:

Coordinate assigned activities with Area Construction Manager / Project managers and subcontractors.
Identify potential interface issues/risks and propose mitigating actions and plans
Support the review of the risk plan to ensure minimization of risks through early identification, planning, and selection of best possible contracting strategies and proactive Project Management practices which focus on prevention of problem
Support the site interface team and PMs to ensure effective coordination and resolution amongst multiple project stakeholders and site contractors;
Support the Lessons-learned program by recording those lessons learned during the execution of project
Coordinate with Construction Managers for any support needed.
Support the Site Construction Manager in their regular progress review meetings
Support the site planning team as required on site interface related matters that influences the progress and project schedule
Support the review of field changes, field technical queries and interface queries initiated by Sub-
Contractors and ensure the interface scope splits are appropriately implemented as per contract agreements

Assist Site Construction Manager for critical internal disciplinary interface coordination meetings and reviews
Single Point of Contact for Internal Interfaces coordination with the construction team and other project disciplines.
Coordination with Project Interface Manager as required
Assist the Project Interface Manager with data/input consolidation and coordination required to support Customer in obtaining permits necessary for initial star-up and operations.
Ensure the necessary updates/changes are implemented in the Master Interface Register

المهارات
The position requires at a minimum:

Construction, engineering, or management university degree or equivalent experience
+15 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management
Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active individual who can work independently and also influence large team
Excellent organizational skills.
Leadership qualities and skills to manage stakeholder relationships to project success, with transparent inclusive and collaborative approach
Problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills to senior management audiences and client.
Ability to clearly establish and articulate objectives and expectations.
Site construction experience is required
Experienced in in the full cycle of construction activities from development through production.
Proven Record of success in safety, environmental, quality, employee involvement, team building, and diversity.
