Hospital Procurement Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced procurement manager to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for the hospital, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical procurement for a hospital or health group, with minimum 5 years of similar experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures

Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies

Work with department heads to identify procurement needs

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Ensure compliance with all procurement regulations and policies according to MOH

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a proper medical field with a background, in supply chain management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in procurement, with experience in the healthcare industry

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies
