Duties and Responsibilities

Implcmcnting and pcrfonning correct cleaning procedures as required.
Conducting other general related duties as rcquesied.
Undertake the supervised preparation of food items or vegetables ns required by the chief cook.
Cam out duties in a tidy and hygienic manner.
Move store provisions and equipment as requested by the supervisor.
Work in the section assigned (e.g. crockery, wash-up. pan wash, kitchen cleaning) and to carry out duties in.a thorough manner.
Remove waste from specific areas as required.
Observe good -personal hygiene practices.
To operate all equipment in a correct and safe manner and report any possible safety hazards.

المهارات
Some experience in Catering estahlishment.
Must be able to understand and act upon instruction given in English.
Gorn! communication skills,
Ability to work and cope in a busy catering emironment.
