Controlling company cash flow by smart management like increasing the credit term, reducing expenses, prioritizing payments, etc.
Minimize the overhead cost as much as you can and increase productivity.
Strong following up for opening new upcoming stores to start operation and make sales.
Monitoring and confirming all inventory items are available in a warehouse all the time and strictly avoiding any out-of-stock.
Increasing profitability by controlling the overall cost for a company.
Deal with reputed suppliers and build good relationships and minimize the cost.
Successfully implementing and following company policy and procedures.
