Sales Executive Position – Bavaria Motors Bahrain

Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect car.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
– Provide accurate information about car specifications, pricing, and financing options.
– Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of different car models.
– Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
– Stay updated on the latest car models, industry trends, and competitors to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Requirements:
– Proficient in English (Very good level) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
– Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping and data analysis.
– Age between 21- 40 years old.
– Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
– Previous experience in an automobile showroom is a huge plus.
– Passionate about cars and knowledgeable about different car models, features, and trends
– Driving license issued from any country is a must.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
