03. Coordinate with all divisions to control and record all potential claims that might be escalated against the client or claims from suppliers that might be escalated against the company..

04. Setup the contract management repository for all divisions

05. Coordinate with QA to set up standard contract processes and procedures..

06. Keep track of and control the change order log
