الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:

• Create high quality designs

• Oversee everything related to designs

• Brainstorming for creative ideas

• Develop conceptual and stylistic direction and execute same for a wide variety of projects

• Meeting with the team to determine their design requirements

• Providing design advice and creating layouts for design

• Create compelling and effective designs, print, and digital media

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

• Having quality control over designs and delivering them

• Designing final reports.

• Design marketing materials, digital and prints

• Organize design files and upload them

• Maintain brand standards and style

• Work closely with a project manager to schedule projects and coordinate production

المهارات
Qualifications:

• +3 years in professional graphic design, preferably in the same field

• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, InDesign

• Good knowledge in printing process

• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail.

• Collaborative and good at communication

• Good at illustration drawing and photography is a plus

• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• A professional level knowledge of industry standard design software and tools including the Adobe Creative Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well

• Portfolio of work is must

• Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills
