Human Resources Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a Saudi national Human Resource Specialist who is fluent in English and knowledgeable about the processes in the Ministry of Labour Jawazath, Qiwa, and Muqeem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and assisting in recruitment, selection, training, and development of employees within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and recommend candidates for employment.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration into the organization.
Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal programs to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure resolution in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

المهارات
Qualifications:

A Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Knowledgeable in the processes of Ministry of Labour Jawazath, Qiwa, and Muqeem.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
