Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance to managers, and resolving conflicts
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, and HR metrics
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
Provide support for employee development programs and training initiatives
Other duties as assigned

المهارات
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in human resources or related field
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
